At Jana Small Finance Bank, he led North Secured Loans across Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, and UP, managing 50+ credit professionals. At Aditya Birla Capital, he built secured lending operations across 200+ branches from the ground up, including teams, processes, and credit infrastructure. At Fedbank Financial Services Ltd - Fedfina, he led small-ticket LAP and affordable housing credit, strengthening his expertise in emerging-market secured lending.
Now at Credit Saison India, he leads secured credit operations as the company scales its India portfolio. His edge is the combination of secured lending expertise, multi-geography credit leadership, greenfield infrastructure building, and portfolio risk management. He holds a DBA in Credit Management and a Risk Management & Digital Lending programme from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
