Sunil Kuswaha named Deputy General Manager - SCM at Zetsol Energy (ZETWERK)

From solar module procurement to leading multi-gigawatt manufacturing projects, Sunil Kuswaha's career mirrors the rise of India's solar manufacturing ecosystem.

Sunil Kuswaha has been appointed Deputy General Manager - SCM at Zetsol Energy (ZETWERK), where he will lead Capex procurement for a 5GW Solar Cell and 10GW Wafer & Ingot project.

He began his journey with Genforce Solutions and Gautam Solar Pvt Ltd, building expertise in module manufacturing procurement and supply chain operations. He then spent seven years at Adani Solar, culminating in a leadership role for Capex procurement on a 4GW Solar Cell and Module project.

At Avaada Group, he led procurement for up to 12GW of manufacturing capacity across cells, modules, wafers, and ingots, managing large-scale sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiations, and project execution.

Across Adani and Avaada, he played a key role in delivering over 30GW of cumulative solar manufacturing capacity, making him one of the few supply chain leaders with experience across the entire solar manufacturing value chain.

Now at Zetsol Energy, he will help drive the next phase of India's clean energy manufacturing expansion.
