Praveen Kumar Patel has joined Coupang as Director Program Management, bringing 15 years across Amazon, Reliance Retail, SaaS, and marketplace operations. His career spans Amazon, Zenoti, and Reliance Retail, progressing from catalog quality and vendor management to international seller growth across Europe and MENA, and eventually full marketplace program and P&L leadership.
At Amazon, he led International Seller Growth programs supporting approximately $200M in revenue across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At My JioMart, he built Self-Serve Systems from the ground up, driving ₹100 crore GMV in the first year, before taking on P&L, seller acquisition, account management, advertising, and an ecosystem of 80+ services and 18+ vendors. Now at Coupang, he leads Program Management as the company scales its India marketplace operations. His edge is the combination of seller growth, self-serve platforms, marketplace P&L, international operations, and large-scale program management. An IIM Visakhapatnam PhD graduate and entrepreneur, Praveen has also founded ventures including Tayyaari, JP Enterprise & Consultancy Services, and Nutristore.
