Commonwealth Bank from 2024 to 2025. India Head Legal and VP Legal. Built the India legal function from scratch. Set up SOPs and playbooks. Led HR, commercial, IP, privacy, and real estate. Delivered 30 percent plus year-on-year cost efficiency.
Now at Adobe. Director Legal. Driving employment law, litigation, privacy frameworks, contract optimization, and legal operations for global tech growth.
