Great People leaders aren't always built through traditional HR. Some develop their edge by understanding capital, leadership, and organisational strategy first.
Aman Sanghrajka has been appointed Head of People and Culture at invideo, following a decade across audit, investment banking, brand strategy, and executive search.
He began at KPMG India, followed by investment banking roles at Anand Rathi & ITI Capital, working across IPOs, M&As, capital markets, and technology transactions. After an MBA internship at Ogilvy, he spent over seven years at Spencer Stuart, progressing to Senior Associate and advising boards, CEOs, founders, and PE investors on C-suite search, succession, and leadership assessment.
At invideo, he now leads People and Culture for a global agentic AI video creation company with 50M+ users across 190 countries and $70M+ ARR, backed by Peak XV, Tiger Global, and Greenoaks, among others. His differentiator is the combination of financial acumen, executive search, leadership assessment, and people strategy, bringing a board-level perspective to talent and organisational growth. Aman holds a B.Com from H.R. College and an MBA from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research.
At Boardroom CXO, we're seeing AI companies increasingly value People leaders who can connect talent, leadership, culture, and business growth.
Question for People leaders: What's harder, attracting top AI talent, or building a culture that aligns technical, creative, and commercial teams at scale?
